JUVÉDERM® Dermal Fillers
JUVÉDERM® Dermal Fillers
Amongst many of our other specialist treatments, The Harley Laser Clinic also offers Juvéderm dermal fillers. Dermal fillers have been used for a long time to prevent the signs of aging, to preserve a youthful appearance and to treat any minor imperfections which may present themselves on the surface of the skin. Dermal fillers are completely safe and provide immediate results without any resting time required at all, allowing you to continue your daily activities as if it is just a normal day.
Juvéderm is a dermal filler, which is constructed out of an entirely natural substance which gets produced by your body. The texture is a smooth gel which will instantly restore your skin’s natural volume and eases away facial wrinkles which are also known as nasolabial folds; these are also often referred to as smile lines, which are folds of skin which reach from the corners of your mouth to the sides of the nose.

Why is Juvéderm favored Over Restylane?
Compared to most other formulations, Juvéderm contains a higher concentration of Hyaluronic acid. This can result in the effects of the process lasting for a prolonged period. The Juvéderm molecules are much smaller compared to those of Restylane, as such they absorb a reduced amount of water, meaning there is significantly less swelling on the areas which are treated. Juvéderm is much more gentle compared to Restylane too, as a direct result of this, it causes much less tenderness and also a reduced amount of irritability. This is especially true for when Juvéderm is used to make the lips appear fuller, achieving a more comfortable and instantaneous plumpness, without the swelling that Restylane has been criticised for leaving behind. Juvéderm has a bespoke formulation within itself which includes a local anesthetic which will reduce the painful sensations that can sometimes be felt afterwards.
